WLM Sign in

Every time i start the WLM application, for a split second before the main
program is opened/visible, I see a window pop-up and disappear. It is too
quick to read. I thought that it was an installer or something but I do not
know. I have version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.206). As far as I know it doesn't
do this for Live Mail and it should not be spyware, I have seen this only for
messenger and wonder what it is and why it does it.
