WLM signs me out when I try and send a message

Everytime I try and send a message or start a video call I keep getting
disconnected with a message that says if I sign out and then back in it
should work fine but then the same thing happens every time!! When it shuts
down I get a message that says a problem ahs caused WLM to shut down.

I have tried everything, I even uninstalled it and tryed to reinstal it but
that didnt work!!

Please Help!!!

Hello-

The first message is from kiwee saying an error has occured with WLM and
the whole thing will close out when I click ok. The it says when I reopen
everything should be fine. Then there is a send and not send buttons.

Then when I close that I get a message from my computer telling me that WLM
has stopped working. Its says a problem has caused the program to stop
working correctly. Its says windows wwill close the program and notify me if
there is a solution.

And then it signs me out of WLM. If I reopen it does it again.
