wlm status when signing on

Pls I need help as to what to do
When I sign on wlm my status always goes to busy even though before I log on
I choose the available status…can anyone pls advise me how to fix this issue

I don't have a " permanent " fix. I do have the same problem that you have.
What I did was :
Right click on the icon in the task bar > Status >change it to Busy,
repeat the steps except this time choose Available.
