WLM Takes very long to sign in and error comes up and WLM shuts do

HI,
I have had this problem for months. When I open WLM it takes a minute and a
half to sign in and once its signed in this error report comes up saying "We
were unable to sign you into WLM at this time. Please try again later. To let
us try and troubleshoot the problem, click the troubleshoot button." After
that WLM Connection Troubleshooter comes up and the connection is fine. WLM
signs in again and this error report comes up saying " WLM has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then I
click on send error report and it shuts down.

I started having the same problem once I converted to WLM. I had never run
into this problem with MSN Messenger or older programs. I went through the
troubleshooting process and my computer said everything was ok also. When I
tried logging in--there were no problems but I noticed that the video was
very slow. That had never happened either. I now believe these problems are
centered around WLM and the way it interacts with the network. I believe this
problem has been with WLM since it first came out. Unfortunately, no one at
MS seems to have a clue how to fix it. Sounds to be that they need to get
back to basics.
