Regardless, the simple point is there is clearly a problem. Yet no-one has
acknowledged this as far as i can see, and they certainly have not made it
clear to the vast majority of users - who are NOT going to hunt down
solutions in forums.
I wonder how much time and money right now is being wasted in people turning
to technical support, be it firewalls or networking support. I wonder if they
can claim...
