WLM Theme Packs

Under "make your own Messenger" there are several theme packs I would like to
download. However, when I try to download, nothing happens for several
minutes, and then I get a message that says "The content installation failed.
Please try again later." This happens EVERY time.

I have the same problem you have. Nothing will download and there are blank
boxes that should have content in them. Nada, nothing. This has been going
on ever since I got a new computer.

I did discover a solution of sorts - when I completely uninstalled Norton
2006, I got all the WLM packs back and was able to download and use them.
But as soon as I reinstalled Norton, they went away again! Unfortunately,
I've paid for a year's subscription to Norton, so I can't switch to a
Microsoft-friendly alternative.
