Greetings,
Messenger does allow you to 'Show your webcam' (this is separate to the Video call) to
multiple people, although they'll all show up in different conversation windows.
Audio is one-to-one only. However, you can use Skype to do the multi-person audio. I know
several people who've done this sort of hack. Skype doesn't have multi-person video which is
why this is needed.
