Greetings Keith,
I have no idea how Propel Accelerator works technically-speaking but if it's simply a proxy
than this is normal. Messenger will grab the proxy information and attempt to connect
through it. Unfortunately most of these accelerator programs (and also adware that uses
proxies) don't work with Messenger therefore preventing you from signing in.
