WLM wasn't working

I've figured out why most of the features in WLM haven't been working for me.
I use Propel Accelerator, and it must be totally shut off before WLM will
work properly. I had previously tried setting Propel to its lowest setting,
and that did not help. It's going to be a nuisance shutting it off before
signing in, but that seems to be the only solution.

I have no idea how Propel Accelerator works technically-speaking but if it's simply a proxy
than this is normal. Messenger will grab the proxy information and attempt to connect
through it. Unfortunately most of these accelerator programs (and also adware that uses
proxies) don't work with Messenger therefore preventing you from signing in.
