WLM webcam not working

I can send or receive webcam since I loaded WLM.. Ive reloaded 7.5 and it still wont work. Getting really annoyed with it. Any ideas? Also the other persons display pic never shows up :S

Sounds like the result of a third-party firewall like ZoneAlarm installed, especially since
the display picture doesn't appear. You may want to temporarily uninstall any firewall
software you have installed to determine if that's the problem and then reinstall it to set
up the Messenger settings in the firewall again.
