WLM won't save history

Hello. I'm having a hard time getting WLM to save a history of the chats. I'm
using a new computer (running Visa). We have several different hotmail
accounts and saving messages has always worked in the past.

i get the same periodically. usually have no problems with saving
conversations, but every now and then, i notice that a conversation has not
been saved. ??? would love to know how to recover lost conversations and
fix this little problem

The History is held in the my document file, my received file, your address
file, then the person that you chated with.
