Hi, sorry for my english. I can sign in WLM9 but when I try to open a
conversation window it send me a message "We were unable to start a
conversation with [contact name]..." I accept and return to WLM9 window.
After that, in a few seconds, WLM9 crash and Windows (Vista Home Premium 32)
send me a message related with DEP (Data Execution Prevention).

Please help me!

The debug error is "Unhandled exception at 0x0729aec8 in msnmsgr.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation."

The call stack at moment is:
> 0729aec8()

msnmsgr.exe!0122abe4()

Hi there,

I'm running win xpsp3
and had this problem on exactly the same version of WLM9 for only 1 of my
contacts.
the minute I tried opening a conversation window, it crashed completely.
I never get error messages though.

I even tried installing a previous version of messenger, exactly the same
problem.
If I got error messages, I might know where to go with this, but it just dies.

I've re-installed everything, even created a new windows live account, and
no luck.

I can however use old standard messenger 5, and any other client to talk,
but obviously they cant view things like my webcam without installing the
same software.

I really dont know what to do, can you help?
