WLM9 and LifeCam issues...

LifeCam functions no longer supported (ie. web cam effects, web cam zooming,
etc) that you used to get by clicking on the three stars by the webcam icon...

"Winks" show up UNDER neath the webcam window (ie. if you're chatting on web
cam and revieve a wink, it's hidden by the camera window).

LifeCam button doesn't take you to the Windows Live Call/Video Call window
any more.

(I do have the new WIndows Live Device Manager Beta installed too)....

Sometimes the little yellow information notifications in the chat window
(eg. "You and your contact both have webcams") goes crazy if you have the
window too small (it just wildly scrolls up and down).

Sometimes, if a contact is online and I'm chatting to them, it says "The
contact appears to be offline" even tho they're showing up as available.

Any chance of getting Xbox/Zune updates on the "What's New" section too?

Good idea, I personally dont like the "Whats New" section but you can turn
it off, so I have no issue with it at all. It would be useful to filter out
the updates you can get, and it would be cool to see what people are doing on
Xbox Live

However, this would lead to other things, I mean, I would suggest more
integration between Windows Live Messenger and Xbox Live. Signing in both at
once, or having your personal message to be able to be set to "What i'm
playing" or "My Gamerscore"

Exactly.... I'm thinking Achievements too, or notifications of who is
online, etc. (which I think the US Messenger had at one point - via a tab).

Same with Zune (although I've yet to get one.. Uk and all) - but
notifications on badges, maybe who's listening to what, etc.

Seems like the data is there, and oddly integrated (Looks like Xbox friends
are now Zune friends on v 3.0) - so no reason why the data couldn't be
pulled...
