WM syncing only parts of some emails.

I'm using windows mobile 6.1 to sync a samsung jack phone to a machine
running vista home utlimate x64. The problem that I'm having, and that I've
had on a previous computer, is that it seems to pick some messages at random
and only partially download them to the device. So the header and the first
few lines shows up, but I have to manually request that it download the rest
of the message (which it does on the next sync).

I have it set so the full message plus attachments should sync, and there
does not seem to be any consistent traits between the messages that are not
downloading - some have attachments, some don't - some are long, some are
short - some are in the inbox some are in other folders.

HELP!!!

Hello,

The only resolution I have found to this in the past was to delete the
partnership in ActiveSync/WMDC and start over, making sure that you set up
the full message download from the beginning.

Thanks for the tip - but the problem has now occured on my old computer and
on a new computer. When i set up the new computer I did a hard reset of the
phone as well, and I did have it set up to sync the full message right from
the initial set up.

Any other suggestions?

I've still not managed to get this fixed nor figured out what is causing it.
Has anyone else ever seen this, or have any suggestions?
