wm2005 + outlook 2003 + AS4.1

hi there
ive just got my new windows mobile 2005 and i upgrade my activesync from 3.8
to 4.1
but after i succesfully install the version 4.1 i cant start the new
activesync
there's no window coming out when i tried to open it. i tried to look at the
log file and i found this

Hi,
Try a detect & repair of Outlook. If that doesn't work then try
uninstalling Outlook, rebooting then reinstalling Outlook.
