WM6 problems with Live Contacts

Can anyone help.

I have recently added WM6 to my blackjack, most aspects of it are running
well, i can get my mail no problem, problem lies with my Live contacts. I am
getting a server problem reported to me;when it does let me log into
messenger i cant see any contacts. however as soon as i change my status it
updates on other computers instantly. also if i go and add a contact i know i
have within my live contacts it tells me even though i cant see them that i
cant add contact as i already have it in my list...anybody else struggling

I am also experiencing this issue on my PDA running on WM 6. Seems like
there is a problem when trying to sync the personal settings. Also
experienced the Messenger issue where all my contacts are displayed as
offline. Called and also e-mailed Microsoft support and all they could say
was that I should refer to the manufacturer of the PDA. I am disgusted at
the service as Windows Mobile and Windows Live is developed by Microsoft.
Shouldn't they help.
