WMA

I am using WMP 12.0.7600.16415 on Windows 7, and my problem is that it does
not play WMA files. It does, on the other hand, play MP3 and other files.
What to do?

If you try to play a WMA file, what's the exact text of the error
message? If you click the Web Help button, what URL does it take you to?

Is WMP unable to play all WMA files (even the sample ones in Windows 7),
or just a few?
