WMC on Vista Ultimate

I have WMC 6.0.6002.18103 on Vista Ultimate (Dell Precision). I'd like to
use it to listen to internet radio, but all I ever see is a "content not
available" message.

How do I get rid of that pesky irritant?

Where are you located?

Some Internet radio partner programs are only available through
subscription. The availability of this service and selection of partners
that appears in More Music + Radio will vary by country/region.
