WMDC 6.1 / Active Sync 4.5 / WM 6.0

I have given up syncing the so called you bute WMDC and my WM 6.0 HTC Touch
on Vista HP as it simply does not work. Deleted the contacts info several
times, including reintalling Outlook etc but completely wasted my time. Tried
the so called LSP registry trick but nothing worked. I thought of moving
back to my XP machine with Active Sync 4.5 and that does not work either but
after deleting all my contacts on the DT I finally got it to sync from the
Mobile device. Now my original problem remains i.e. I cannot for the life of
me get the Internet passthrough to work via the XP-Activesync-WM 6.0
combination. Tried all the tricks but this baby will not play game no matter
what I do. Even turned off the Norton Fire wall that is now replaced with
COMODO IS but no go. The LSP reg entry does not help me either.

Does anyone have a solution to the WM 6.0 passthrough problem?

Thanks but I really did not want to hard reset my device and reinstall
everything from scratch.
