Hi,

I have a HTC Touch Diamond and WMDC 6.1.

Just switched from a Dell 620 (Vista) to a new Dell E6400 with Vista. When
switching to the new PC everything seemed to be working. But it did not sync
properly.

In WMDC on the new PC it sync files, but the connection to Outlook 2007 does
not seem to be working. In WMDC the select folder is grayed out under the
mail settings. So no Outlook is synced.

No errors in the event log.

Have deleted the connection and also soft reset. Rebooting and everything.
But I dont think this is the right solution since it seems that the link to
Outlook 2007 is the problem.

Anyone ?

David

Hi,
Did you try launching ActiveSyn on your Touch Diamond and deleting the old
partnership?

With 6.1 when you sync with Exchange you can only setup one partnership.

David,

Run Office Diagnostics in Outlook. It's under the Help menu.

Hi,
Yes to which?

If you are synchronizing to Exchange directly via Exchange ActiveSync, you
can only have one partnership.

So if there is already a partnership on your device, you will not be able to
sync.
