WMDC errors

Hi Diane,

Ensure you download the correct bit. If in doubt, look out for the System
type displayed under Control Panel > System to determine if you are having
a 32 bit or 64 bit system.

If you have downloaded the correct version, then the file might be corrupt,
you could try downloading it again and then give it a go. Ensure you have
administrator rights while installing it.
