WMDC not instaled on Windows 7 Profesional 'N'

When I instal Windows Mobile Device Center system sent message " the update
could not be installed because at least one Windows component required be
Windows Mobile Device Center is missing "
I have Windows 7 Profesional 'N'

I have instal WMP "wmp11-windowsxp-x64-enu" & I can't instal this, when I
instal in compatybility mode, error

That link AND installing WMDC AND refreshing the device driver. I guess
it's just not "business like" to sync devices when running WP7N.
