WMDC Sync and Runtime Error!

I have managed to setup my Ipaq 4150 and can transfer files. When I go to
Sync I get the error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Windows\WindowsMobile\WmdHost.exe
abnormal program termination

Any suggestions?

Can you reproduce this problem consistently while syncing? If rebooting
doesn't help, please send me the wmdc.log and wmdhost.log. Instructions on
how to get the logs are available here:

Hi,

Thanks for those logs. It looked like the problem is better investigated
with different logs. Can you send me logs located in
\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WindowsMobile to ? Don't
forget to mention my name and the error you see.

Can you try unchecking Microsoft Money and Avant Go. I'd like to know if
