WMI error" WMI error accessing class instance with SP2

I have a Fujitsu LT C500 Tablet. I have tried both XP Pro and XP Home. When
I install either XP Home or PRO and the Fujitsu drivers, all works well
untill I load XP SP2 I then get an error at start up " WMI error" WMI error
accessing class instance. I reinstall all Fujitsu drivers and the error is
still there. If I remove XP SP2 all is well again. Any Ideas?
