WML Outlook Toolbar

The Windows Messenger Live toolbar says that it has Outlook Toolbar
installed. I don't see it. In fact, none of the buttons on the toolbar
point to or take me too Outlook 2003? I did change the email client in MS
Works from "Microsoft Outlook" to "Microsoft Office Outlook" I don't know
what the difference is but maybe I should not have changed it? What is the
difference???

I did get this to load by loading the desktop search option. I still cannot
get signed out of spaces properly. Weather Add In won't install either.
