WMM keeps on crashing upon importing videos!

everytime i drag a video into the timeline, it crashes without fail.
any help

does this happen with any video you drag.. you need to import the vide
to the list on the top first then drag it down to the video timeline.
want version of wmm are u using..

It happen after the video is in the timeline, but only after a few min
of editing, it will crashes and the save file couldnt be open as it wil
prom an error before ****ting down.Indicating that WMM stopped working

How can i check the version of my wmm
