WMP 11 (11.0.5721.5268) loses media info when ripping

I am using WMP 11 with Windows XP professional. I am trying to rip a CD and
keep losing the media information. It shows up in the Rip tab but not in the
Library tab. Then when I use Find Album Info, all the information is there
EXCEPT track length.

The problem is that without the track length, I cannot burn a copy to play
in my car CD.

I have tried changing the Rip format from WMA to MP3 and back and that
doesn't seem to help. I've also gone through most of the posts and tried
suggestions I found there.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Losing media information like that is usually correlated to media library
corruption. Does resetting the library get you back to normal?
