WMP 11 Help needed

WMP 11 is broke, no video on any file format but sound OK.

Other players OK, Windows Media center OK

Anybody know how to fix WMP 11?

Do you have a system restore point available that precedes when WMP 11
became "broke"?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I tried the K-Lite codec Pack wit
no joy, still had black screen. Do you still think the other would help

Bumping only works on that board you use, it doesn't help out here in
the Usenet world. Notice all the users who are a "guest"??? They
don't use that board, so all they see is "bump:", nothing else.

A better way to "bump" would be to answer questions folks ask you in
reply. You've not answered the ones I asked.

Go bump elsewhere for help.

i have the 'Combined Community Codec Pack
(http://www.cccp-project.net/) installed and everything plays fine
so i'd say try it

I have something wrong out of the box, can't even play the "Sample" WM
that comes with the OS
