WMP 11 Security Component Upgrade

I got the DVD "Wanted" and it has a digital copy which can be for WMP. First
I was forced to go to version 11 - then I was directed to a "Security
Component Upgrade" page. On this page the "UPGRADE" button is grayed out and
I can't activate it. I checked a previous post about renaming some files but
it did not work for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
