I would suggest that you convert the ID3 tags into Unicode (presumably from
Big5). You may want to try Convertz
(
http://alf-li.pcdiscuss.com/e_index.html). You will find the particular
functionality under "Audio tag conversion" > "ID3 tag conversion".
