WMP 12 Error 14365

I'm trying to get my Kodak EX1011 digital frame to sream pictures from WMP 12
in Win 7 Home Premium. Looking at Event Viewer very time I try this I get an
error 14365 "Proximity detection failed due to unknown error '0x80004004'.
The best proximity time detected was -1 milliseconds."

I can't find anything about this on the net so can somebody please help me
with this - how to get rid of it etc etc.
