WMP 12 Library problem

I have been copying my MP3 files from my internal D: drive to WMP
12.0.7600.16415.
Some copy into the Music Library fine whilst others give the message:-

" The folder could not be copied into Music"

I have been right-clicking the Folder in Explorer and selecting " Include in
Library"

Why does it work with some folders and not others?

Puzzling! if I drag the folder into the Music Library, it copies OK.
