open the Registry Editor to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Audio
In the right-pane, double click on the text, DisableProtectedAudioDG, and
change the value from 1 to 0.
Restart your computer.
