WMP Error Message when previewing tracks on Puretracks

Hello everyone. I have been having an issue for quite some time with
Puretracks. Everytime I open WMP and go to Puretracks to preview I get the
following message:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another
computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path,
verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be
available.

Can anyone help me with this? I have emailed Puretracks numerous times to no
avail.
