Windows Media Player will not open mpg videos online. I can download them and
they play fine but when I click links it opens a new Internet Explorer page
that says it cannot display the webpage and says that I am either not
connected to the internet or website is encountering problems. I tryed the
same video on a different computer and the video opens in Windows Media
Player.

Windows Media Player is updated (11) and is the defalt player. I have the
latest codexs (I can play the videos after they are downloaded). I am also
running Vista 64.

Not sure what else I can do.
