W98 programs are not being updated, but when a critical
update is available that will run on W98, such as IE 6 sp1
is released (for XP) it is also made available to those who
run IE 6 on W98.

| Yesterday I visited a Win98 machine and hit
update.microsoft.com and
| found 4 critical updates. I last updated this machine 4
months ago.
| I'm glad MS is still putting out updates but I thought
that
| MS had ceased to do updates for this OS.
|
| Wnat can we expect for critical updates for w2k in the
next couple years?
