Performed the suggested critical update posted to my
desktop on 9/27/04. After doing the suggested reboot,
computer did not want to connect to network server. After
several tries, it finally connected. This problem occurs
now every time I restart the computer. Computer ran and
connected flawlessly prior to update. I am gun shy to the
idea of doing any critical updates in the future
Please help.

Running a Dell Optiplex GX 260 with Novell NetWare

The information is provided "as is", it is suggested you research for
yourself before you take any advice - you are the one ultimately
responsible for your actions/problems/solutions. Know what you are
getting into before you jump in with both feet.

You mentioned you had the Novell Netware client installed.
You said you were having trouble connecting to the "network server".

Is that server a Novell server or a Windows server?
What protocol are you using to connect to it?
