WONT INSTALL! Office 2003 updates KB924424 and KB923272

I'm having heck of a time with these two updates.

Earlier today, I uninstalled and reinstalled office but these 2 updates just
WONT install.

I am running XP and Office 2003 on a laptop that's less than a year old.

What do I need to do?

I would post to the experts in the Office Update newsgroup.

I have same problems...

It didn't work at windows update nor office update. What is happening??
My office is 2003 SP2 in spanish language.
