I am able to download the updates and it extracts them to directories but
when the Install wizard comes up it only stays on the screen for about 2-3
seconds and then disappears. I kept trying to get it to work and it got as
far as saying backing up files and then stopped and disappeared. Anyone know
how to fix this problem?
I was told I probly had the sasser worm and went to the Microsoft page and
followed all manual instructions for removal, then went back to download the
patch/removal tool and this is as far as I can get.
