Wont let me download SP2

Maybe someone can help with this ... Iv been trying to download SP2 for
Windows XP my System requirements are fine.
I just did a complete Clean Install of operating system ( Reformated) and
reloaded everything .
I use to have SP2 on this Comp. before and never had a problem Downloading
any of the Updates.
I been able to download other Window updates and they all seem to Load just
fine just the SP2 doesent want to complete the download .. Im getting
Error Message # 0x80070017 and once got error message # 0x800703E7
Iv tried Numerous times but to no avail.

Try downloading and installing SP immediately after you install XP, not
after the other downloads there.

email microsoft and ask them to send you sp2 on disc load xp then the sp2 disc.
