Since updating to service pack 2, I can't use auto restart. It begins to shut
down, the screen goes blank, the display and power lights stay on, but no
response to button pressing. I have to disconnect power, then reconnect and
start it up manually. I don't hae any problems with normal shut down or
booting up, nor hibernation or sleep mode, just restart. Help please.
