word how do i get it

i have just spent alot of money on xp professional and office professional
and i cant get the office to load because the xp professional doesnt come
with word it throws me a error code and shuts down so what do i do with this .

Office Professional does come with Word. You might have to re-install
Office, or "Repair" it.
What is the error code, exactly?
