WORD LANGUAGE

I have downloaded MUI english to ultimate and changed over but when I open
Word it is still in German?

The Vista MUI packs apply to Vista only. In order to have a German interface
for Word, you need a German edition of the MS Office suite.

Office is not the same as the Windows MUI pack.
Though its both from Microsoft, the patch will not apply to Office.

Try searching microsoft.com for any Office language packages
