WORDS MISSING ON TABS AND BUTTONS

HELP!!!! MY TABS ON ALL MY FOLDERS (PROPERTIES, ETC) AND MY START BUTTON IS
NOW MISSING THE WORDS....WHEN I WANT TO CHECK SOMETHING OR FIX SOMETHING I
JUST GO BY MEMORY AS THE WORDS ARE GONE...ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET THEM
TO APPEAR AGAIN......THANKS,,

thanks for the help but im still on windows 98.....and im sorry if you
thought i was rude and loud. that was my first time posting and i didnt know
i would offend anyone by using capitals.
