working memory

My computer freezes up easily as if I have used up all my working memory.
However this cannot be as it , at times, freeze up wheen I restart.

Also, I am getting some script errors as well as 'filee jjjk.kik will now
close. What is happening? I run Norton, and my windows updates are up-to
date.

Have you kept Norton's definition files up to date.
Nonsensical file names such as " jjjk.kik " can be the sign of a
virual or malware infection.
