Works 2001 end user lic. agreement

I had to reinstall Works 2001 using CDs that came with my Dell.
Now I get a pop up box telling me the end user lic agreement can't be
displayed to reinstall the software. Hve done X4 to no avail. How do I get to
the license agreement so I can finish installation? Thank you.
