Works 8.5 database file viewer

Anyone know of a free viewer for Works 8.5 databases files that I could
include in an email to someone who doesn't have Microsoft Works nor MS
Access? I have an Access (mdb) viewer. Will that view wdb files?

I wasn't able to find a free viewer for .WDB files.
Best solution is to resave that document from within Works as a .CSV file
which can be opened by many apps, including the free Excel viewer.
