As far as I'm aware the export options in Works Calendar does not support
what Windows Calendar can import which .ics. I'm afraid you might just have
continue using Works which is at version 8.5. You could probably Export the
Works Calendar to Microsoft Office Outlook as a text file then import it as
an Outlook Calendar (.ics format) into Windows Calendar.
Tip here: Export Outlook Calendar to use in Vista

Its really strange Microsoft never decided to make this easy.
