I just started working at a small school with about 25 computers. They are
all set to automatically update, however, when I came in the computers would
only update when an administrator was logged in. I also had to click on the
task bar to download the updates. Is there a way to have them update
automatically with users logged in and without having to click a button?

thanks
-Kevin

yes, set the machines to auto install at a given time. There will not
be an administrator only prompt, the users will just get a message
about a reboot
