It's free and comes with Open Office, also free. Not only that, you don't need 2 gigs of memory. One will do just fine :-) In addition, it comes with access to over 23,000 FREE programs and is bullet proof compared to Windows in regards to viruses, malware, root kits and DRM. It does not need to be activated or become "genuine". Order the CD or download it and burn the image to a CD. You can then go into your BIOS and set it to boot from the CD first and test drive Ubuntu without installing it to see how you like it. Get it at http://www.ubuntu.com/ Oh, and ignore "FB". He is the most disgusting troll I have ever seen on Usenet and I've been using Usenet since 97. Alias |
