I-Worm.Mydoom Virus Detection

I keep getting a pop up stating I-Worm.Mydoom Virus Detection. Its a blue
creen, i always click cancel but i recieve it every other min or so. Also i
get keystroke sounds and they dont stop :-\. I dont see any updates for any
of my problems wat should I do? I already have a pop up blocker but that
doesn't do much.

Obtain McAfee's virus and worm removal tool, Stinger: http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

1) If you are using WinME or WinXP, disable System Restore

2) Reboot your PC into Safe Mode
3) Using McAfee Stinger, perform a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any
infectors found
4) Restart your PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform
5) If you are using WinME or WinXP,Re-enable System Restore and re-apply any
System Restore preferences, (e.g. HD space to use suggested 200 ~ 400MB),
reboot your PC.
6) If you are using WinME or WinXP, create a new Restore point
7) Please report back your results

Do you have a anti-virus software program installed on your computer, like
Nortons? Do you have anit-ad/spyware software installed as well? I would make
sure you get those two things NOW! and remove anything that shouldn't be on
your computer..
